Currently seeking a PMO Analyst for a 12 month contract based in the Leatherhead area.

PMO Analyst

12 month contract

Inside IR35

£200 - £300 per day

The Role:

* Responsible for participating in design, implementing, maintaining and continuously improving zone/local processes and best practices

Responsibilities:

* Support operational teams in daily process runs and incident management

* Develop, implement and maintain processes & work instructions and turn them in zone/global best practices

* Determine and document metrics/stewardship tools to assess process health and advise corrective actions , as appropriate or required

* Provide required business analysis and support for established/new work processes

* Support / lead operational change management as a results of new projects, business initiatives and/or system enhancements

Skills Required:

* Strong communication & coordination skills to implement changes/manage vendors and work with project / operational teams and other key stakeholders in multiple countries

* Good understanding of operational, accounting and controls aspects of retail, payment and loyalty business

* Good understanding of systems and dependencies between different processes and systems
