Performance Data Analyst required to use Excel to create reports on data that has been extracted by BI and Data team. These reports will need to be interpreted and key information will be explained to various healthcare stakeholders. Client DetailsPublic sector healthcare looking for a Performance Data Analyst.DescriptionCollate and analyse routine performance data and produce performance reports based on existing processes, whilst contributing to the ongoing development of CCG suite of performance reports. Engage with commissioners and providers to understand why performance is changing, and be able to articulate the underlying trends and causes to senior leaders. Present performance updates at a range of internal and external meetings involving commissioners and clinicians. Lead the completion of operational and performance planning submissions for the CCG, supporting regulatory and contracting cycles. Provide ad-hoc analysis of performance and patient activity as required.ProfilePublic sector healthcare performance background desirable but not essential. Experience working as Performance Data Analyst useful. IT experience, including creating reports via Excel important. Job OfferGreat role with immediate start.
