I'm recruiting a Business Analyst for a permanent role in Cardiff. Salary from £35,000 - £40,000 + benefits.You will be required to capture complex business requirements accurately and completely, challenging stakeholders to ensure all needs are met and played back at appropriate levels to gain understanding and agreement. Using various methods to elicit requirements the BA will produce the key documentation to be depended upon to support delivery of Group projects.The role of the BA is to manage business requirements from initiation through to delivery, ensuring adherence to the Software Development Life Cycle, working closely with key Project individuals to turn a Project Proposal into signed off documentation. The BA will then provide support as necessary through to implementation, by providing clarity and understanding for the direction of the project, and the requirements the solution needs to meet.Requirements:-

* 2+ years BA experience

* Experienced working on technical . digital projects
