Located in the seaside city of Brighton, this is an opportunity to join a new and growing company working in the fascinating area of Quantum Computing.

You will be working closely with Quantum engineers and colleagues in the design team on a new project to merge Quantum technology onto Silicon and to refine circuit specifications. This will require a strong understanding of Analog IC Design fundamentals and theory with a background in physics being a strong advantage.

This role would suit someone either from a research/R&D background or someone who is interested in working in such an environment.

Masters or PhD qualified, the successful Senior Analog IC Design Engineer will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role. Experience is required in; DACs (knowledge of multiple architectures would be a strong advantage), switched capacitor circuits, op-amps, voltage references as well as low power, low noise and very high-stability circuits. You will have experience in any of the following technologies; CMOS, BiCMOS, Bipolar, BCD with a strong understand of design tools such as Cadence and Mentor.

You will be a strong team player, able to communicate your ideas and knowledge whilst encouraging ideas and input from others. You will be inquisitive and able to show high levels of initiative and innovation.
