Application Support Analyst (Financial Systems)We are seeking an Application Support Analyst (Financial Systems) to join a multi-award-winning software provider based in Bourne End! You will work with different accounting software such as SunSystems / Infor.As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for technical application and end-user support, working closely with technical engineers and developers daily. You will be developing deliverables (code, test, debug, documentation) as specified and ensuring solutions are in accordance with expectations.You will boast experience with the software release/development life cycle and ideally have previous ERP /Supply chain product support experience.Skills required for the Application Support Analyst (Financial Systems): Experience supporting, troubleshooting and maintaining financial systems (SunSystems, Infor, SAP, Oracle, Sage)Exposure to Oracle based productsWeb application support experienceSolid exposure to SQL ServerSystem Interface tools and API support is desirableExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
