We require Business Analysts to work with FX trading systems. The Business Analysts will sit in our technology group, to take high level deliverables and feature sets from Product Management and define, organize and prioritize them into user stories (and accompanying documentation where needed) for the dev teams to work on.

The BA will work with the project team to identify dependencies and work required to bring the product requirements to life.

The team covers mainly Matching and FXall. Matching is a Central Limit Order Book application used for bank to bank foreign exchange dealing. FXall includes Relationship Trading which uses an RFQ process. Both can be traded with a GUI and via API. We cover not only the trading venue but the whole end to end flow. i.e. The Trading application itself.Administration systems that support the trading application.Post Trade systems used to send settlement information to trading organisations.Reporting systems used to meet the regulatory trading obligations under MiFID.AnalyticsCredit management systems.The structure of the FIX messages used to send data between the above.Each of the above has a separate development team, and apart from understanding and documenting functionality, the BA will need to coordinate between the different teams.

Required Skills: Ability and willingness to work through detail, including where required, data mappings.Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.Proven ability to rapidly learn new business domains.Requirements elicitation and documentation.Experience working with Global teams - and confidence working on the phone.5 years minimum industry experience

Desirable Skills / Experience: Experience working with Agile methodologies as a Product Owner.Understanding of FX Trading Systems.Experience working with FIX.Please submit CVs today!
