For 40 years, they have used cutting-edge technologies and customer insight to provide the best experience possible.They are now looking for a 1st Line Support Technician to join their innovative IT team and provide excellent technical support to their employees. As a 1st Line Support Technician, you will: - Support desktop hardware, software, networks and operating systems and telephony systems
- Respond to support calls and swiftly resolve issues
- Help to maintain and support our IT infrastructure
- Fix bugs and amend software 
- Review and recommend new products that will enhance our client’s operations
- Ensure the maintenance contract records are up to date To join our client as a 1st Line Support Technician, you’ll need: - Previous experience in a 1st line support role 
- Knowledge of network support 
- An understanding of VoIP and multimedia platforms 
- Knowledge of all Microsoft Windows Operation Systems and Office 365 applications

You’ll also be required to take part in an out of hours rota which runs from 17:30 - 23:00, Monday - Friday and 7:00 - 12:00 on Saturdays. Every time you are called, you will be able to claim one hour of overtime.
