Senior Business Analyst - Digital, GDS, AgileLocation: LondonThe ideal candidate will have current and valid SC clearance or be willing and able to undergo the checks.We are actively looking to secure a Senior Business Analyst to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.Experis Consultancy is a Global entity with a well-established team with over 1000 consultants on assignment across 20 clients globally. We form part of the Manpower group of companies that turn over $20 billion a year collectively.Task Description Our Client is looking for a multi-disciplined individual able to identify and efficiently convey the customer's requirements through IT systems skills, communication and understanding.Responsibilities:Proficient in Systems Analysis Techniques, able to impact proposals and perform System and High Level Design AnalysisAbility to communicate effectively with people who have differing levels of IT knowledge/skillsAble to document requirements clearly and conciselyEscalation of any potential issues, risks or defects uncovered as appropriateGain required project knowledge by reading documentation and attending meetings and workshopsSetting up and participation/facilitation in Workshops to identify and document requirements issuesWorks well under pressureTechnologies:Skill with and knowledge of requirements capture methods and techniques, business systems and analysis, front end process, software development life cycles and associated processesMethodology, proficient in the use of requirements capturing methodology, like Waterfall or RUP toolset, and in working with Agile projects and Agile approach.Able to use Data modelling techniquesExperience with the Windows Suite and MS Office applicationsTechnical Skills:Strong experience in Requirements and Analysis on large scale and/or multi project environments, Data Capture, Data Analysis. Experience in an Agile working environment.Confluence and JiraBusiness Skills:Detailed understanding of Systems Life Cycles, in particular the requirements and analysis phasesExperience in GDSExperience in the management of a team of Business AnalystsStrong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain good Client relationshipsStrong stakeholder management skillsA flexible approach and ability to work under own initiativeExcellent collaborative management and ability to deal with conflict managementStrong decision making and judgement, influencing skills,Excellent presentation skills to development areas and to client baseExperience in an Agile working environment - Agile methodologies and techniquesIf you have the required skills please submit your profile in the first instance
