Exchange & O365 Consultant

Warrington based

We have an excellent opportunity with a world leading organisation for an Exchange & O365 Consultant. You will be joining a solid team on a long term program of work.

Key Skills & Experience required:

*Hands-on leadership of Exchange to O365 migration experience.

*Experience with third party migration tools for Exchange Server and Office 365.

*In depth understanding and significant experience of MS Exchange 2007, 2010, 2013, O365.

*Significant experience of Powershell for Exchange Online.

*Good understanding of shared mailbox and delegated privileges migration complexities.

*Good understanding of public folder and PST migration complexities.

*Good understanding of OCS and Skype for Business.

*Experience of Powershell for Skype for Business, Intune & Microsoft Azure Licensing.

*Understanding of Active Directory & Active Directory Federation Services.

*MCP / MCTS/ MCSA/MCSE or MCITP in Windows would be added advantage

*Windows 2000/2003/2008/2012 Servers - commission, recovery, maintenance, troubleshooting of OS and hardware issues, decommission

*Good working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and WINS

*Servers management using remote tools

*Accountable for successful completion of Installation, configuration and migration

*Accountable for building / maintaining a test environment

*MS Patches deployment

*Must have experience in creating and maintaining SOPs

*Experience in handling Escalated issues including coordination with multiple teams and vendor

*Preparing the incident report / root cause analysis reports

*Excellent documentation skills for user training and technical documents

*Provide "on-call" support after business hours and during weekends

*Significant expertise in Windows Server Administration in a multi-tenant environment.

*In-depth working knowledge on managing Windows Operating Systems (Windows 2003 Server, Windows 2008 Server, Windows 2012 server) on Physical and Virtual infrastructure.

*In-depth working knowledge with respect to identification , troubleshooting and resolution of VMware, Messaging & Windows Operating System issues.

*Quantifiable extensive hands-on experience in identification, troubleshooting and resolution of various services running on Windows Operating system.

*Significant quantifiable experience in proactive monitoring, performance management and tuning on Windows based platform.

*In-depth knowledge on monitoring and managing vCenter console, ESX Farms and datastores.

*Significant quantifiable knowledge on Antivirus Management.

*Quantifiable extensive knowledge on Patch management.

*Significant quantifiable experience in networking as related to operating systems.

*Quantifiable knowledge on Active Directory & Messaging.

*Significant quantifiable knowledge on ITIL standard processes.
