A Project Manager with current SC CLEARANCE is required to work within the Defence Business Unit based in Southampton. This role will provide project management services for an existing MOD contract to deliver a software defined radio solution.What will your role look like?*Extensive project management experience demonstrating the above responsibilities and tasks in a comparable business is essential.

*Extensive experience in management of projects ranging from conceptual research through to sub-system development, delivery, and support.

*Substantial knowledge of the Defence domain and experience in interfacing with UK MOD and government agencies e.g. Dstl, DE&S.

*Experience in leading and managing complex industry teams with a range of stakeholders.

*Experience of delivery of projects that involve development and test of RF, complex PCB, hardware, test engineering and V&VWhat do we expect from you?

*Degree level education in a related subject area and ideally practical engineering experience.

*APMP and/or PRINCE2 qualifications are desirable.

*Knowledge and use of Agile methodologies preferred.

*Primavera experience beneficial

*Current SC clearance is essential

*Excellent oral and written communication skills to board level.

*The enthusiasm, motivation and leadership skills necessary to deliver with excellence and delight our customers.

*The ability to travel within South England several times a monthDay Rate - £450 Per Day
