We are passionate about training, technology and career development.Key Responsibilities Convert Target Operating Model into a series of As Is & To Be Use cases and designs including: Activity assessments for creating, uploading or deleting client/customer dataReason codes/trigger eventsWhat systems are used, how are the changes controlled and quality assuredActivity and allocation, cross team dependencies, SLAs etcGain support and approval for the 'To Be' with Operational stakeholdersWork closely with Technology colleagues to support requirements capture and review application changesSkills & ExperienceAbility to establish cross-functional operational process hierarchiesInterpret functional impact assessments on process hierarchiesValidate impacts on As Is with Business SMEsCreate a series of To Be process designs/maps and validate with SMEsReflect process designs in requirements Interested candidates should submit their CV in the first instance.
