IT Recruitment Administrator
Adlam Consulting are seeking a part time, proactive experienced IT Recruitment Administrator with a 'can-do' attitude to join our close knit, owner operated business and assist with administration and research. It is important that the successful candidate is an individual who is passionate and hardworking with ideally previous recruitment administration experience or experience of working on an IT helpdesk. The role will be based at Waterloo in a busy open plan office, shared with another business.
The Role:
Providing administrative support for a team of recruiters.
Formatting documents and sending candidates to various clients on different portals
Liaising with candidates and clients at all levels
Role Management and advertising
Call management
Contract management of contractors based out on client sites.
Scheduling interviews and meetings
Keeping social media up-to-date
Updating the internal database system
General administration
Training to be able to resource candidates for IT roles, once established in the position.
The Requirements:
IT background or good understanding of IT
Fully proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Adobe, Excel and updating websites
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Sense of humour and a passionate work ethic is key
Excellent written and communication skills
Good logistical skills
Good attention to detail
Calm when under pressure and used to juggling multiple tasks
Part time - 30 hours over 5 days equally
