Through continued growth they are looking for a customer facing account manager to join their busy team.In this role you will put products and solutions into the hands of consumers nationwide. It will be important to support and solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations while illustrating the value to the products and services to create growth opportunities.The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an account manager role where you have developed client relationships and expanding a customer base. Any type of sales, business development or account manager background as well as experience in a technical, IT, communications, web or software environment would be highly beneficial.This is a fantastic opportunity to join an industry leading business offering a great progression pathway while working in a highly varied, interesting position.The role:

*Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding focus and needs, and anticipating them in advance

*Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow

*Oversee and achieve organisational goals while upholding best practicesThe person:

*Customer facing sales or account manager background

*Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities

*Ability to understand client needs, and negotiate costs and services

*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with aptitude to learn systems

*Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects
