Maintenance Supervisor (Days)Commutable from: Wellingborough, Brixworth, Northampton, Corby, Kettering, Thrapston, Higham FerrersMonday to Friday role £34,000 - £38,000 (D.O.E) + Plenty of Overtime + Days based position + Excellent Company Benefits Are you from a Maintenance Engineering background looking for a days based, hands on role where you will join the leadership team supervising highly skilled staff for an industry leading company? This would suit a Maintenance Supervisor looking for to join a company that will invest in your career in a leadership level role. The Role:

- Supervise and assist in the management of a highly skilled Maintenance Team

- Assist when necessary with reactive maintenance and Planned and Preventative Maintenance

- Days based, Monday to Friday role with the opportunity of overtimeThe Person:

- Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineering background (mechanically biased)

- Previous Supervisory, Team Lead or Lead Engineer experience preferred
