£20,000 - £28,000 + Training + Progression + Bonus + Holiday

Are you a graduate in mechanical engineering looking for a hands on role, where you will work to optimise machinery and continually improve manufacturing processes?

This company are a global designer and manufacturer of products supplied to household names across the world. Due to the continued success of the business, they have expanded their operations in Plymouth and now require a Graduate to join the team and progress through the business.

In this role you will be working in a team to work closely with the manufacturing and maintenance teams to ensure the continued improvements to all manual and automated machinery in the business and optimise the manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate or qualified apprentice with a mechanical engineering degree or equivalent, and ideally have some hands on experience in engineering practices.

The Role:

*Working within a team and liaising closely with the manufacturing and maintenance teams

*Hands on improvement projects with manual and automated machinery

*Looking to continually improve the manufacturing processes

The Person:

*Graduate or time served apprentice in mechanical engineering

*Ideally have some practical engineering knowledge
