Senior EngineerSupport Engineer, ICT Support, Hardware Maintenance, Software Installation, Microsoft, Windows 10, Windows Server, VMWare, SANA Senior Engineer is required by our ICT Services client based in Leeds for an initial 4 month contractLeeds£26 - £30 per hourInitial 4 MonthsThe Senior Engineer will be based on-site supporting a large Independent school. The Senior Engineer will undertake general hardware maintenance, software installation, configuration and support, Anti-Virus Management and Audio/Visual Support.You will be required to translate technical information in a non-technical way to customers from pupils and teachers to senior leadership, provide recommendations on new technologies, training and advice.Key Skills and RequirementsExperienced using Microsoft Office tools, Windows Server 2012/16Strong multitasking and problem solving abilities.Excellent communication, customer handling and inter-personal skillsCustomer focused. Flexible to cope with change, be proactive and adapt quickly to a developing type of service deliveryExperience of problem solving within a technical environment.Ability to work your way around a problem, finding a solution where others fail.An engaging personality that easily builds relationships and instils confidenceAn Enhanced DBS will need to be completed if successful.
