Senior Developer - Manchester

Location - Manchester

Duration - 12 months Initially

Day Rate - £470

IR35 - Inside (Must Use an Umbrella Company)

We are currently recruiting for a senior developer to start ideally immediately; the role would be initially for 12 months but falls inside IR35 and will be paying a maximum of £470 a day.

Details of the role:

Lots of variety is on offer. We have an extremely diverse mix of applications, including cutting edge .Net technology and legacy systems.

The right candidate will need to have a very good understanding of the .Net stack and all that surrounds it. Much of our clients work is moving to Azure and the right candidate will be expected to develop POC's and do spike pieces to discover what is possible and what isn't. If there is an application that's needs discovery in the architecture, then they will be the first choice to fill the gaps.

Candidates will need to be a champion of TDD / true OO and be able to coach other team members in this practice where necessary. Lastly, candidates must have a great understanding of Authentication/Authorisation and be able to coach and communicate the intricacies of this to colleagues and be able to explain the architecture to non-techies.

*Azure / Cloud development

*MS Graph

*SSO / OAuth etc

*jQuery / JavaScript

*Git / Azure DevOps

*Jira / Agile

*CI/CD and build pipelines

*Experience with SQL Server and complex queries
