Job description

In this Graduate Software Developer job, you will be playing a vital role in developing strategies and hypotheses to critically influence the company's core product. Utilising your programming and core systems skills, you will be improving and expanding their products, and responding to client briefs. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will have a great level of autonomy, and will ultimately play a huge role in the development of the business.

Key responsibilities

In this Graduate Software Developer job, your responsibilities will include:

Getting hands on with coding, testing and deploying order management features

Helping to develop ultra-low latency exchange protocol

Writing algorithmic and order routing logic

Analysis of the data coming through to use it intelligently, incorporating AI and Machine Learning

Job requirements

Excellence at university, having studied Computer Science or similar to the highest level - a minimum of a 2.1 BSc degree

Core knowledge and experience in a variety of open source tools and technical languages

A good team player with a strong willingness to participate and help others

Someone who is able to prioritise in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment

Experience with, and knowledge of different networks & systems

Someone who has worked with computers from before university
