Job Description

In this Graduate Product Trainer job, you will be joining a busy team of trainers within the business. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Training and will be responsible for delivering high quality training courses to clients and internal staff. Their training is provided using a blended approach delivered in the classroom, remotely and online. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company with exciting prospects in the development of cloud-based software.

Key Responsibilities

In this Product Trainer graduate job, your responsibilities will be:

Designing and developing training courses and material

Assisting in the marketing and development of the training function

Attending and running pre-sales demos and delivering presentations

Managing and coordinating classroom and remote training bookings

Responding to training queries, both internal and external

Maintaining good communication with clients to promote additional trainin

Job Requirements

A 2:1 degree from university

Ideally candidates will have some teacher or training experience preferably in IT; formal teacher / trainer qualifications is a plus

Strong organisation and teamwork skills; can work within a team, as well as manage personal workload across multiple projects simultaneously, working to pre-defined deadlines

Outstanding communication skills, communicating effectively both verbally and in written form with colleagues and clients to a high standard

Strong attention to detail, an outstanding work ethic and a commitment for results

Competent use of MS Office software and a keen interest in software technology

A willingness to travel according to a project's needs is also highly desirable.
