SAP Business Analyst - Greater Manchester - FI/COJoin this multinational manufacturer as their specialist Business Analyst for their European Finance departments. The global business is undergoing major transformation and change and there is huge scope of work to be undertaken.Client DetailsThe client are a technology manufacturer and this role is based out of their European headquarters in Greater Manchester. They operate in a fast-paced, Agile environment with changing needs and priorities, and need someone self-sufficient and adaptable. DescriptionSAP Business Analyst - Greater Manchester - FI/COWorking with the Finance Product Owner, the Business Analyst will have responsibility for liaising with the Finance teams of over 25 European countries to deliver transformational change in line with business needs. This will be a very people-facing position and therefore excellent communication skills are required.Work with Finance Managers and SAP SuperUser community to capture and prioritise new business requirements and map out current challenges and problemsDocument finance business processes and attain a deep understanding of these, and how they vary from country to countryProduce clear technical specifications based on the business requirements of your stakeholdersProduce suggestions for improving current business processesIdentify training needs, and opportunities to educate business users on best use of the systemProfileThe successful candidate will be an experienced business analyst who is capable of working independently and responding quickly to fast-changing priorities. We are looking for the following skills/experience:In depth knowledge of Finance business processes (AR, AP, Expenses, Payroll etc)SAP FI/CO experience - demonstrable history of supporting SAP FI/CO modulesAbility to be flexible and adaptHigh-level communication skills, particularly written (very important as many of your key stakeholders/customers will be English-as-a-second-language speakers) Job OfferThis is an opportunity to join a small, close-knit team as part of a larger, global business which is in the middle of major transformation.
