System Support Engineer - FS - Cloud - Contract to PermThe successful candidate will be managing the global IT interface for the London office. Including: automation, virus software, remote access, VPN and email.General 2nd Line Support in a predominately Windows environment with some iOS hardware and software.Security: Maintain up to date security patching for all workstations and systemsRemote access software (VPN)MDM - Mobile devices management (encryption, security & remote administration for mobile devices)Cloud applicationsIncident management: ro-active identification of potential security threatsAdministration of internal DNS/DHCP, Active Directory (user access management, mail flow, creation mailbox creation, domain management, file sharing, Data Base AdministrationServer monitoring: mail, antivirus, disk space, RAMNetwork Infrastructure maintenance: Maintain technical solutions in the following areas: hardware and software technologies including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Monitoring tools.Project Work not just BAU! ProfileService Level Management Ability to present IT projects and solutions to VIP stakeholdersStrong 1st to 3rd line supportExcellent presentation and communication skills.Discretion when carrying out tasks and a customer service orientated mindset. Understanding of the specificities and constraints of a VIP serviceStrong Microsoft technology configuration, management and support experience including: Email / Exchange, and telecom skills.Experienced supporting modern, mobile cloud and app solutions.Strong technical skills in desktop (Mac and PC), devices (iPhone) and video conferencing and MS Office tools and security technologies and best practices.Administration of internal DNS/DHCP, Active Directory (user access management, mail flow, creation mailbox creation, domain management, file sharing, Data Base AdministrationNetwork Infrastructure maintenance: Maintain technical solutions in the following areas: hardware and software technologies including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Monitoring tools.Management experience of both teams and projects Job OfferExcellent FTC salary with the opportunity to go permanent after 6 months.Life assurance
