Senior Data Consultant - Central London - Up to £90,000 I am currently working with a rapidly growing Digital Agency based in central London. My client is looking for a senior Data Engineer/consultant with strong AWS experience to join them as they grow and develop multiple projects. You'll be working end-to-end on a range of projects in Data Engineering, including design/modelling and development of Data Lakes, Data Warehouses and entire Data Platform solutions. Technologies used include Spark, Databricks, SnowflakeDB, AWS, Airflow, GCP and a range of ETL tools.You will be writing custom code for data pipelines (batch and streaming), using ETL tools, to supporting existing processes and working in a DevOps-like environmentRole & ResponsibilitiesETL Development using tools such as Databricks, Spark, Glue, Talend, Pentaho, MatillionWorking as part of a distributed team to create scaleable Data Solutions on the cloud (AWS/GCP)Translating client requirements into technical solutionsSkills & Qualifications (Not all are required)ETL/Pipeline Development using tools such as Databricks, Glue, MatillionExperience in Kubernetes/DockerCoding experience in Python/Golang/ScalaExperience with hands on Data Modelling (Spark, Hadoop) This is a salaried position, paying up to £90,000. My client will consider applications for mid-senior level engineers.
