SQL Support Specialist - 40,000 The CompanyI am currently working with a leading insurance company with a global presence, with ambitions plans to grow even further. The RoleThe primary focus of this role is to develop the operational systems and support processes within the service framework. You will be involved with engaging a number of important people, from business users to vendors and testers and to understand their requirements and to develop and deliver effective and efficient solutions for business intelligence, reporting applications, data warehouse and assist in strategic developments. Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and carry out daily, weekly and monthly operational activities.To create and design documents consistent to the agreed user requirements.Assist with projects requiring SQL expertise.Lead a constant data cleaning process.To develop, test, deploy and document code changes to applications and supporting processes using SQL, SSIS SSAS and VBA. Key Skills and ExperienceMinimum 5 years' experience with Access/VBA.Minimum 5 years' experience with SQL.Minimum 2 years' experience with BI tools such as SSIS, SSRS and SSAS.Good understanding of Data Warehousing concepts.
