IT Support Analyst required to join a company that operates within the Legal Sector on a fixed-term contract basis for a duration of six to seven months. The preferred start date of the fixed-term contract is end of January 2020.

Your primary role as the IT Support Analyst would involve providing outstanding Technical support to their team; Manage the delivery of the IT Support function to ensure calls are dealt within SLA and assist the IT Network Manager with projects and network maintenance.

The ideal applicant will be self-motivated, flexible, a team player and have excellent communication skills. You will be required to use your own initiative and deal with all IT queries in a friendly and professional manner to employees at all levels. You must be analytical with good problem solving skills and have the ability to work under pressure.

Systems Management

Installation and Management of all user applications including but not limited to:

  • iManage Work
  • Elite 3E
  • Skype for Business
  • Mattersphere
  • Adobe Acrobat and Reader

Experience in:

  • Office 2016/Exchange
  • AD and group policies
  • Citrix/XenApp
  • Sound understanding of Windows environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments
  • Excellent communication skills in English
