The scope and volume of work of our in-house eDiscovery and Client Data team continues to grow. The team works with a range of third party suppliers and hosting platforms. There is a wide range of discovery work, including cyber breach and regulatory investigations

  • Delivering high quality and timely analysis to internal and external clients
  • Ongoing proactive communication with the legal team, patiently managing expectations around timing and cost, offering alternative solutions and making reasoned recommendations
  • Early engagement with legal teams around eDiscovery requirements, advising on appropriate solutions and setting up suitable workspaces on hosted platforms.
  • Working on multiple eDiscovery projects of varying complexity on a range of platforms
  • Management of electronic documentation in accordance with client instructions
  • Troubleshooting technical issues throughout the project lifecycle
  • Being a team player and taking responsibility for aspects of team development.


The successful candidate will be technically proficient whilst being well organised, able to prioritise effectively in order to deliver against internal and external client targets. Prior exposure to a legal setting is required (that can be in an education setting or a working environment).
