My client who are the country leading pub retailer and brewer with over 3,000 pubs are on the lookout for a Systems Support Analyst to join their already strong IT team.

You will be working on the day to day maintenance and systems administration four their various business applications.Position- Systems Support Analyst

Location- Bury St Edmunds

Salary- Competitive

Skills / experience required:

Eager to learn

Experience in a similar environment

Self-motivation

Great communication skills

Strong organisational and prioritisation skills and ability to work to deadlines.

Effective influencing skills.

Self-starter with the ability to take ownership.

Ability to work in a team environment.

High level of accuracy with attention to detail.

A "can do" attitude.

Flexible working ethos to meet the demands of the job.Desirable but not essential technical skills:

System 21 Aurora or similar ERP knowledge

EDI knowledge

Previous experience of IBM SQL

Indigo iWMS Warehouse Management Systems.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM knowledge from a support perspective (cross training will be available).
