Managing the applications used by a global client base to ensure best in class customer service for a range of L&D products and services. Client DetailsGlobal L&D business based in Dundee have recently undergone an IT transformation which has created several new positions within their application support team.DescriptionManaging the applications used by a global client base to ensure best in class customer service for a range of L&D products and services.Provide 2nd/ 3rd line IT support to internal and external customers ensuring issues are resolved within agreed SLAs while providing excellent customer service.Work with colleagues to escalate and owner complex issues through to resolution.Become an integral part of cross discipline team working in a collaborative manner.Adhere to Security and Data Protection policies.Manage internal stakeholder relationships.Build relationships across the business.ProfileStrong interpersonal skills in order to work with other teams and external clients.Proven experience supporting diverse business applications for a mix of local & remote end usersExcellent working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office suiteExcellent and proven problem solving and troubleshooting experience Technology stack includes Dynamics 365, SharePoint as well as some legacy products but we are open to considering applications from people with skills in other technologies who have experience in application support.Job OfferA growing business with a global reach that's on an exciting journey is looking to add to their support team.
