Our client is currently searching for an InP DHBT/pHEMT Expert Consultant to provide technical consultancy to the company's R&D team and to help build the process capability and design capability of the InP DHBT/pHEMT device.
The successful person will have a minimum of 10 years experience and expertise in the process integration and/or design of InP DHBT/pHEMT device, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
