The company is a specialist manufacture supplying their products into photography, cinema and similar industries. They have offices in London and California while they plan further growth in the near future.

The role will work within a tight knit team dealing with shorter and longer term production and project needs. You will support new ideas as well as overseeing and looking for ways to improve processes. A new production line layout is being integrated in the near future which would be a key project for this person to oversee.

The ideal candidate will have a strong Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Manufacturing background. LEAN experience is key and experience working in a fast pace, always adapting facility will be important.

THE ROLE:

*Working with low yield/ high quality products.

*Oversee and improve processes.

*Work cross-departmentally to discuss improvements.

*Based in Andover.

THE PERSON:

*LEAN Manufacturing background.

*Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical bias.

*Proven experience developing and transforming SMEs.
