Exciting role on offer for a Maintenance Engineer looking to build a career with a rapidly expanding company that can offer specialist training courses and the chance to progress into more senior roles.Do you have Electrical/Mechanical maintenance skills? Have you worked on machinery in a Production/Manufacturing environment?This company provide packaging and distribution solutions for clients across various industries. Recently established, they have seen their business grow at a rapid rate, increasing their headcount substantially year-on-year. Because of this ongoing growth they are looking to take on a new Maintenance Engineer to help oversee the upkeep of their machinery.In this role you will be responsible for the reactive and preventative maintenance of the packaging machinery at the company's site in Sittingbourne. You will receive specialist training on their machinery as well as courses in Continuous Improvement in the future. Because they are expanding so quickly, there will be the chance to progress into more senior positions. The role will be on a 4-on-4-off Night Shift.
