Senior Project Manager - Part Time

My client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to work 3 days per week (or 2.5 days if that suits better) working on a Libraries programme/complex project called Integrated Scholarly Information. There are 5 workstreams in mid-flight - 2 streams due to close in Jan/Feb and the other 3 are in initiation and due to close by the end of July. All the workstreams are a mix of business change and technology changes (there will be IT PMs on those tech elements).

Location - Nottingham

Duration - 6 Months

Rate - £400 - £450pd

In terms of experience in candidates, my list in descending order is:

1.Good PM skills - both hard skills (PRINCE2, APM etc) and soft skills (stakeholder management, leads project teams rather than dragging them along)

2.Experience of IS/IT projects

3.Experience of Higher Education

Experience of public sector/charity sector
