Client DetailsMy client is a well established business services/utilities organisation based in Bristol, they are looking for a 1st/2nd line support technician to join them on a permanent basis.Description1st/2nd line support across a Windows EstateEscalating tickets as appropriate to 3rd lineCommunicating tickets and resolutions effectively; both internally and into the fieldSharing knowledge amongst the support desk to improve the overall functionEnsuring ITIL service is adhered toProfilePrevious experience in a 1st/2nd line support roleTechnical knowledge across W7-10, Office 2013-O365, Active Directory, LAN, WAN, WifiExperience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) is highly desirableGood, confident communication skillsAbility to liaise with both IT and non-IT memebers of staff.Good problem solving skillsJob Offer£22,000-24,000 + additional benefits
