Client Details

My client is a well established business services/utilities organisation based in Bristol, they are looking for a 1st/2nd line support technician to join them on a permanent basis.

Description

  • 1st/2nd line support across a Windows Estate
  • Escalating tickets as appropriate to 3rd line
  • Communicating tickets and resolutions effectively; both internally and into the field
  • Sharing knowledge amongst the support desk to improve the overall function
  • Ensuring ITIL service is adhered to

Profile

  • Previous experience in a 1st/2nd line support role
  • Technical knowledge across W7-10, Office 2013-O365, Active Directory, LAN, WAN, Wifi
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) is highly desirable
  • Good, confident communication skills
  • Ability to liaise with both IT and non-IT memebers of staff.
  • Good problem solving skills

Job Offer

  • £22,000-24,000 + additional benefits
