As the Salesforce Operational Administrator, you will be responsible for the support of the Customer Experience Platform (CXP), which is built upon the Salesforce Service Cloud, which will be deployed throughout the operational teams in the EMEA businesses.Client DetailsGlobal market leader based in Surrey who is implementing Salesforce Service Cloud throughout the companies businesses in the EMEA regionsDescriptionEMEA Salesforce Operational Administrator - Up to £40k OTE - SurreyWork with the Customer Experience Platform to deploy the product across the EMEA regionSupport and maintain the deployed Customer Experience Platform and stakeholders across the EMEA regionProvide training and support to internal power usersWork with the EMEA technical teams to support the design, quality, fit for purpose features and solutionsConduct market research using feedback from users, Salesforce and external third partiesGain an understanding of the problems faced by the business and act as the champion of the what and whyProfileEMEA Salesforce Operational Administrator - Up to £40k OTE - SurreyThe right type of candidate to support the team with implementing the new Salesforce Service Cloud platform would have the below skills and experience:Prove experience with Salesforce e.g. Lightning, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud,Great communication skillsStrong stakeholder management skills
