The company is expanding their team and are recruiting for a technical support engineer / 2nd line engineer, to provide support to a range of customers and technologies.Working with a variety of clients that range from SME to Enterprise companies, you will be involved with supporting a wide variety of the latest, cutting edge technologies. Responsibilities will include 2nd line technical support for Microsoft desktop and server operating systems and applications, storage, virtualisation and cloud technologiesA competitive package allowance is provided that includes a generous bonus. This would include MCSA/MCSE, VCP, along with various other certifications.RequirementsWe are looking for a technical support / 2nd line engineer who has had the following experiences and who has experience of the listed technologies below (not all are essential)Microsoft / Windows serverVMware and/or CitrixSAN / storage technologies e.g. Dell EqualLogicBackup: Veeam/Backup Exec/ZertoOffice 365Cloud - AWS/Azure/BespokeTechnical support of large, enterprise level environmentExperience as an infrastructure engineer, or in technical support at 1st/2nd line levelAny experience with Cisco networking would be beneficial but is not essentialIf you have always enjoyed broadening your knowledge, would like to continue with gaining professional certifications, and would like to be exposed to a wide variety of solutions/ technologies, then please apply today.Any offers will be subject to passing a DBS, financial and reference checks.
