We are passionate about training, technology and career development.Role DescriptionOur Client is looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to work across workstreams ensuring full delivery within regulatory driven timelines.Key Accountabilities:Analyse AS-IS process and system, present findings and recommendations for required change to sponsor/stakeholder for approvalBuild solutions identifying innovative and pragmatic implementable ideasProvide subject matter expertise on Customer source systems, Master Data, Hierarchy management, General Ledger set up and financial control and reporting processes.Lead the implementation of solution into the operational environment including preparation of user documentationProvide post implementation support to financial control stakeholders and users ensuring change is implemented successfully in the line teams.Stakeholder Management and Leadership:Participate in reviewing Junior BA analysis and artefacts and offer advice and feedback / knowledge.Typically faces off to AVP / VP level stakeholders for more than one business area.Establishes positive relationships with colleagues based on trust and mutual respectProactively develops relationships with colleagues both inside and outside their own teamSeeks a clear understanding of their role and the steps that need to be taken in order to deliver successful and sustainable changeEssential Skills/Basic Qualifications:Knowledge and Experience of Financial Control Processes and SystemsLeadership Skill ensuring opinions are listened to and acted uponSystems analysis techniquesAbility to work collaboratively in large teamFull project lifecycle processesBusiness analysis techniquesExpert user of Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and VisioExcellent communication skillsDesirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of banking services and productsKnowledge and understanding of risks, controls, risk management tools and methodologiesInterested candidates should submit their CV in the first instance.
