They are heavily involved in the financial and security sectors and, due to demand for their services, are now looking for a Supervisor to assist on their helpdesk.In this role you will guide more junior members of staff, provide remote support for other members of staff across the business. You will also work on various projects and rollouts across the business.The ideal candidate will have 2nd or 3rd Line Support experience and some supervisory or leadership experience.
