As our Enterprise Cyber Division continues to grow, we are looking to appoint an experienced Cyber Operations Manager to take responsibility for the technical operation of services and products within the SOC. This is an internal facing role with accountability and responsibility for the day to day technical operation. Including the directing the operational team in the execution of tasks and for reviewing the output of activity against quality and capacity measures.You will be responsible for working with the business to understand changes in the technical operation capability and will support continuous service improvement and the introduction of new offerings to the SOC. You will use your managerial skills and domain knowledge to ensure that operational teams execute service and product delivery in an efficient high-quality manner.The FitThe successful candidate will have experience in an operational role within a SOC or associated cyber service (i.e Threat Intelligence or IR). You will be able to demonstrate experience of Technical Operations Management across complex, managed service and product propositions including Operational Efficiency, Quality Management & Organisational Effectiveness. You will also be able to work to & implement operational management standards such as Six Sigma or equivalent frameworks.This is a key senior post within the SOC, which will require the successful candidate to make informed decisions regarding operational efficiency based on the evidence provided and work with senior analysts to implement operational changes as required.
