IT Support Engineer
IT Support Engineers with desktop and hardware experience are required. Candidates will have experience of the following:
-Service-Now & ITIL
-Windows 7-10 environments
-Office 365 applications
-Laptop/Desktop configuration & troubleshooting
-VOIP phone configuration
-Audio/Video conferencing support, Skype for Business
-Software rollouts & project management
-MobileIron MDM administration
This will be on an initial 12 month contract. Locations include Dublin and Galway.
