You will report to the Customer Experience Manager who will ensure you are fully supported.Key Responsibilities & Skills:Confident approach to communicating with users via telephone and e-mailExperience with telephony including VOIP advantageousProviding desktop support to usersProviding support to Microsoft 365 usersProviding e-mail support and DaaS/IaaS support to users in VMWare environmentMaintaining and handling of PC software/hardwareMaintaining an adequate level of knowledge of operating systems and application software being used to provide high levels of support to usersBeing responsible for the configuration and installation/deployment of workstationsAssisting in troubleshooting for printers, photocopiers and phone systemsParticipating in team meetings, providing input and suggestionsManaging competing priorities and own workload, such as scheduled weekly tasks and responding proactively to IT ticketsAssisting in research and gathering of information on equipment, software and supplies as neededManagement of hardware servicing and repairsAny other duties as required in order to undertake your role effectivelyKnowledge of AutoTask/Datto RMM is desirable but not essentialUpdating the Knowledgebase regularly to ensure it is currentHappy to help when other areas may require your attentionConfident in communicating with staff at all levelsUsed to working to process & adhering to service level agreementsPro-active and responsibleThere will be project work that will involve working with senior team members to completeYour working hours will be on a 7am-7pm rotaThere are site visits that occur every week, and remote working (this may include out of hours)In addition to a competitive salary, there are bonuses and "Above & Beyond Credits" to exchange for high street vouchers.
