Field Support Engineer

£16- 21 per hourAn IS Field Support Analyst is required for our public sector client based in Liverpool.Role Profile
You must have the ability to support a variety of ICT hardware including laptops, desktops, printers, scanners and other peripheral devices. The ideal candidate must have excellent communications skills and be experienced in supporting Microsoft Office products and Windows desktop operating systems. Experience of installation, configuration and fault diagnosis for client software and IT hardware.Essential criteria:-
The person must be self-motivating and able to work without supervision
The person must have 3 years previous ICT Technical Helpdesk experience
Experience with- Software Installations, Printer drivers, MS Office, Active DirectoryDesirable criteria:-
Previous experience in enterprise organisation with 5,000+ users
ITIL Basis Foundation qualification
