Deliver senior experience and support to Apps 10 upgrade project processes in the companyClient DetailsSpecialist in product development and logistics within Agriculture, who are going to upgrade their ERP from IFS Applications 8 and to IFS Applications 10 by end of 2020.DescriptionIFS Project Manager (Applications 10) - City of London - Up to £80,000Lead project manager to perform gap analysis, document, coordinate, test all functional processes for Applications 10 upgrade project and drive the task of acceptance throughout all phasesManage multiple relationships with key, senior internal stakeholders in Operations, Finance, Supply Chain and Technology whilst ensuring contribution and engagement is maintained and maximised to support the successful delivery of the IFS Applications 10 upgradeEnsuring clear communication is utilised throughout the project, via delivering full transparency and robust status reporting to all stakeholdersTesting the current business processes, documentation, drive change management and acceptance of new business processes and documentation in Applications 10Keeping the team motivated and maximising the overall team performanceIdentifying challenges and road blocks whilst leading the path to resolution across the projectsProfileIFS Project Manager (Applications 10) - City of London - Up to £80,000Hands on experience with IFS Applications 10 - from a user, functional, project management and consultative approachLead IFS applications 10 upgrades and/or implementations from end to endWorking experience of Finance & Supply Chain Management processes in applications 8 and/or has project managed the upgrade to applications version 10Practical experience of delivering software development projectsHas successfully delivered a strategically important project, achieving pre-defined and tangible results and business case realisationExperienced in creating project management documentation, tools, reports; such as business cases, GANTT charts, PIDs, Dashboard reports and RAID logsAbility to manage third party vendors and technology partnersAble to influence stakeholders at all levels and gain clear engagement and commitment across the global organisationExperience in translating technical requirements to non-technical stakeholdersHolds a recognised project management qualification e.g. Prince 2, PMI Project Management professional, Agile Project management qualificationJob OfferSalary of up to £80,000 per annumOne-year Fixed term contract - To deliver the IFS Applications 10 upgrade with a possibility of an extension
