We are passionate about training, technology and career development.The RoleOur Client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work on a project is to take a current GUI enquiry application and create a new solution that meets the Clients requirements.The Successful Business Analyst will have experience of Infrastructure, Monitoring and ServiceNow and Agile Methodology.Responsibilities:Identify users and stakeholders of current software productInterview to understand what features/functions they use, categorising by MOSCOWProduce Requirement Specification for replacement product as input to Agile build processProduce UAT PlanExecute UATProduce User documentationKey SkillsWorking experience of Infrastructure, Monitoring and ServiceNowExperience delivering projects in an Agile environmentFull software development lifecycle experienceExcellent communication skillsStakeholder management skills and working with 3rd party suppliersAdaptable and pro-active self-starter who uses their initiative to solve problemsAbility to motivate and encourage collaboration amongst the other team members.Interested candidates should submit their CV in the first instance.
