They are now looking to take on a Production Manager to help support their growing team.In this role the successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the production department. You will oversee multiple Shift Managers covering the different production lines in this busy manufacturing facility. You will need to work closely with the engineering department to ensure operation is as efficient as possible. Utilising lean methodologies, looking production schedules you will aim to reduce downtime and increasing overall output. The role will also require you to oversee health and safety, continuous improvements and 1 on 1 mentoring or staff. You will form part of the senior management team and be heavily involved in driving the on going success of the business.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large, well established company offering an autonomous role and a long and stable career.THE ROLE:
