Based in Birmingham an exciting opportunity has become available for a Team Lead Electronics Design Engineer to be responsible for the hands design of analogue and digital circuits and the team management of up to 12 engineers.

This vacancy will still require hands-on design skills but will give a Principal Level electronics engineer the ability to move into a team lead role.

The Team Lead Electronics Engineer will be responsible for the following:

* Planning and managing all design activities.

* Undertaking technical overviews and guide direction for all electronics design.

* Provide customer support.

* Design quality assurance for all electronics design.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Electronics Engineer or related discipline, with a proven background in the following:

* Strong exposure to small signal circuitry.

* Component level electronics.

* Microprocessors.
