Construction Project ManagerBracknell | up to £45,000| ConsultancyA consultancy who ha been trading for nearly 25 years is looking for a Project Manager. This company provide a range of client facing services, including Quantity Surveying, project management and design management. Working on projects within the residential, education and healthcare sectors, they specialise working in the education build sector with a local university as one of their main clients.With an orderbook continuing to grow, the company have many inception to completion projects.Projects including:Mixed use, high rise scheme with over 80 residential units and space for commercial units on the ground floorRestoration of the façade of a grade II listed buildingThe successful Project Manager will have the opportunity to work within a small team, reporting to a Team Leader.
