To Provide ERP support for end users and internal stakeholdersClient DetailsA FTSE100 company operating in 30 countriesDescriptionSage X3 Support SpecialistIdentify, investigate and resolve issues with ERP systems

Provide training and support to end users

Log calls in the company's tracking system and provide updates to users

Import, export and update data in ERP systems

Amend user profiles, security and access rights

Test and implement system changes including reports and screen changes

Update documentation of business processes and user guides.

Escalate issues to consultants and third-party support

Provide support to ERP projects

ProfileSage X3 Support SpecialistStrong technical knowledge of ERP systems (Sage X3, V6.5, V9, V12)

Strong communication skillsUnderstanding distribution (sales, purchase order and works order processing)

Data import/export and integration with third-party systems

Understanding of Installation, patching and upgrades

Strong technical knowledge of database systems (Informix, SQL) o SQL queries and updates

Maintenance including backup, recovery and indexing

Scheduled tasks, scripts and crons

Working knowledge of an industry standard IT Service Management tool
