Windows 10 Rollout

Responsibilities:

-Providing support for the Windows 10 Team Leader during the configuration, migration and QA stages of site rollouts.

-Deliver and set up devices, providing support for end users newly migrated to Windows 10, promoting the benefits of Windows 10 including highlighting key training messages.

-Liaise with Service Support Staff to escalate issues, provide cross training and support.

-Cascade info re issues/fixes to support colleagues

-As required, image and QA machines before delivery to site.

-Provide feedback to enable the updating of processes where applicable

Skills Required

-Excellent organisational skills

-Knowledge of Windows 10 features and functionality.

-Ability to troubleshoot basic application, operating system and hardware issues

-Active Directory administration skills.

-Ability to reimage devices and carry out QA.

-Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings and potentially weekends

-Ability to pick up a wide range new skills quickly

-Ability to translate technical jargon into language that business users can understand

-Must have own transport, clean driving licence, with appropriate insurance for business use. Mileage costs will be reimbursed.
