3rd Line Technical Support Engineer. Cambridge. Leading company working on IoT products for a variety of sectors is looking for a 3rd Line Technical Support Engineer to join the team. As a Support Engineer you will be responsible for being the first point of contact within the software engineering team for issues not dealt with by the first and second line teams, as well as ensuring all received requests are logged in an accurate and detailed manner.
* Basic knowledge of RESTful Web Services
* Knowledge of NoSQL databases
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Passion for using technology
