We envisage the following activities:

*Produce a business design for each identified cohort of staff with supporting analysis, and improvements where necessary, of the supporting job descriptions and specifications in liaison with key stakeholders

*Produce a competency framework for each identified cohort of staff in liaison with key internal and external stakeholders

oAssist with the configuration of the supporting online tool

*Agree and document design principles and objectives for workforce scheduling including consideration of supporting service metrics

*Design, launch and plan the maintenance of Communities of Practice for each cohort of staff

*Production of career pathway designs and professional development models aligned with the competency framework
