Applications Support Analyst

An exciting brand new role has just arisen for an experienced Applications Support Analyst to join Enfield Council. As the Applications Support Analyst you will be an expert on all things SCCM while also having excellent knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365. Enfield Council are currently going through a very exciting period of change and transformation and they are in the process of moving everything to the cloud, providing a valuable opportunity to learn all things cloud. The Applications Support Analyst will be responsible for recording and responding to application incidents and service requests from many different stakeholders, as well as proactively investigating service related problems and implementing techniques to ensure timely resolution of incidents.

Skills required for the Applications Support Analyst are:

- Vast experience with SCCM

- Database skills

- Some cloud exposure

- Understanding of Active Directory

- Exposure to Office 365

- A proven record of supporting various applications
